Favorite Finds Friday
The following are a collection of articles, sites, podcasts, and other finds I have found this week that I thought I would recommend. I hope you find these especially encouraging and edifying in your walk with Christ.
Michelle Lesley answers a question sent to her as to whether women claiming to be a pastor should be considered sinning or the more serious accusation of being a false teacher. In case you are wondering, it goes against the God’s order of the church for a woman to preach, thus, there is no question as to whether a woman preaching is in sin, the answer is always yes. However, this is not a form of devaluing or punishing women but rather an honor and a mercy shown by God to women. For more on this, please see my article The Great Controversy of the Woman’s Role in the Church.
